I saw 'Harry Potter And the Half Blood Prince' yesterday. Being a bit of a Potter fan thanks in part to my mom, I found that the darker tone the series has taken to be rather interesting. Clearly, this reflects the grave situation the world Harry inhabits finds itself in. All that whimsy and wonder you felt when you first found yourselves in Hogwarts? Yeah, you wish it was still around. The growing power of Voldermort and the implications of a world under his control make themselves very well known, and the students are slowly maturing and dealing with the pains of growing up in a very harsh environment where death may come at a moments notice because some snake faced douche thinks you are not pure blood enough. Of course, I'm still miffed certain things are cut from the movie that were important in the book, but it can't be helped.
Oh yeah, I have a Youtube Channel of sorts. It's small now, but give it time.
